According to a study by VoxUkraine, 63% of those who had previously left Ukraine to escape the war returned as of July-August 2023.

Additionally, of those who remained overseas, 64% have already indicated their intention to return home.

Half of them will only take the step if the fighting continues. Simultaneously, the other half may consider taking the step.

27% are willing to return even during the war, provided that appropriate conditions such as available housing and work are met.
