Olena Sobko lived in Enerhodar and worked at the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant before the war.

She moved to Kaniv, Cherkasy region, because of the occupation. There she started making natural cosmetics.

Olena looked for financial support to start her own business. She made a business plan and entered a grant competition for IDPs. She later received money from the MHP for the Community Charitable Foundation.

The grant helped her buy the right equipment, register her business, and start making products. Natural cosmetics were very popular.

The woman uses natural ingredients, some of which she makes herself. She currently sells about 80 types of cosmetics.

Olena wants to make more products and buy her own house with land to grow plants for her cosmetics.
